Fitness Hikes postponed
The weekly fitness hikes have been postponed until further notice.
Even though the weekly fitness hikes have been postponed, I still urge everyone to get out there and hike at least 2-3 times a week.
I plan on doing the incline at least once a week myself, as the incline is a short hike with a lot of elevation gain, that works well for folks with tight schedules.
